Bruce and Barbara M will host an Italian-themed dinner at their home in W-S. The main course will be spinach/cheese ravioli and pasta with a homemade Bolognese (meat) sauce. 25th: 10am "Annual Spring Luncheon"
This month we replace our speaker with our installation of officers celebration. Please join us for the opportunity to recognize those members who served this past year. We will also introduce and install those members who have been elected or appointed to serve during the 2010-2011 year. This special event will still be held at our normal meeting location: Trinity Presbyterian Church, (1416 Bolton Street, 27103) just off Silas Creek Parkway via the Bolton Street Exit.
This year we will enjoy a catered buffet featuring a delicious selection of brunch items. There will be a charge per member attending of $6.00 per person. Because this is a catered affair, reservations and prepayment are
necessary. Please send or give your payment of $6.00 to our treasurer, Linda S. Payment can be mailed to her directly, but should be written out to "Newcomers and Neighbors of W-S" with "brunch" noted in the
memo line. Deadline for payment and reservations is Wed. May 21st.
***Please bring your favorite coffee/tea cup with you for your beverage. Join us for an enjoyable and informative morning . . . and bring another newcomer! The meeting will also include, as always, an update on activities and board decisions, as well as our 50-50 raffle, coffee and conversation.
